The Main House

A breathtaking Tropical Vernacular design open to unblocked Ocean Views of the entire Nicoya Peninsula. The large open-layout kitchen & living room area is the heart of the house, spacious enough to host and welcome several people, yet cozy to feel as a romantic space for a small family/couple.

The outside area compound by a large infinity pool and ranchos, all with amazing views to the Pacific.

Two master bedrooms downstairs open to the views of the ocean with their own large bathrooms, tubs, and outside showers. The third bedroom sits on a second floor with an en-suite bathroom, an ideal hangout place for the kids.

The Media Room and Recording Studio

A special corner within the complex is the media room and a recording studio, it has a large bathroom and outside shower, and its own pool. A magical place to create in paradise!

Guest Villa Apartment

A fully equipped, ocean view 1 bedroom 1 bath. Offers privacy and sits just a short walk away from the main house.

Gym and Yoga Shala

Meters away from the main house and next to the Bocce Ball, we can find a complete gym on the first floor and Yoga/Meditation Shala on the second floor. Serviced with its private full bathroom.

The Outside

A vineyard is located just next to the main house, currently producing grapes Zinfandel variety. This vineyard is the result of years of work and tests and trials by the current owner, something not expected to be seen in a Costa Rican beach estate.

The property holds over 8,6 acres of all walkable land, including manicured gardens, two greenhouses used to grow and serve residents and visitors to the property, over 200 fruit trees including, Mango, Oranges, Limes, Grapefruit, Guanabana, Costa Rican Coffee, Corn, Avocado among others.

An independent 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Rancho with loft is located near the entrance of the complex, currently being used by the caretaker.

Another 2 bedrooms can be accommodated at the back of the main house. And two large gates, closed garage, with capacity for two trucks plus an ATV, jet ski and motorcycles.
