Located in the heart of North Guiones, easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, Casa Nambi includes two one-bedroom apartments (Tierra and Cielo) and a treehouse studio (Arbol) in a tucked-away jungle setting with pool. Enjoy sounds of howler monkeys, birds, rustling bamboo, and surf just beyond the wildlife reserve. Casa Nambi, built in 2018, offers comfort, efficiency, and up-to-date amenities. The units may be rented individually or together.
Tierra at Casa Nambi, a one-bedroom apartment with king-size bed, opens to a terrace, gardens and the pool. Tierra offers full and well-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, blender, and coffee maker; ceiling fans and air conditioners in each room. Tierra is accessed from a gently sloping pathway and has no steps or thresholds; handicap bars are provided in the bathroom and shower. The terrace, equipped with a dinner table, a rocker and comfortable Acapulco chair, looks out to the pool and jungle beyond. The bedroom opens to a private balcony. Security glass windows and doors have pull-down privacy blinds (and black-out blinds for the bedroom). A private and locked surfboard cage is provided, with access to a board waxing/cleaning station.
Cielo at Casa Nambi, a one-bedroom apartment with a double and a twin-size bed, occupies the upper level. Cielo has an expansive feel, with peaked wood ceilings and large windows. Cielo offers full and well-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, blender and coffee maker; fans and air conditioners in each room. The terrace, with bird’s eye view of the pool and surrounding jungle, offers a dinner table, rocker and Acapulco chair. The bedroom opens to a private balcony. Security glass windows and doors have pull-down privacy blinds (and black-out blinds for the bedroom). A private and locked surfboard cage is provided, with access to a board waxing/cleaning station.
Arbol at Casa Nambi, is a rustic but spacious one-room studio at tree level, with two twin beds. Arbol sits apart in the back gardens, behind a large Pochote tree. A stairway leads to the breezy terrace and entrance. Arbol offers a mini-fridge, microwave, small sink, and coffee maker, suitable for making a simple breakfast or snacks; more ambitious cooking can take place downstairs in the open air rancho on the gas grill with side burner. Privacy blinds pull down over security glass door and window. A toilet and an outdoor shower can be found off the rancho on the ground level, along with traditional concrete pila (double sink), grill, hammocks, comfortable chairs, and a massive Guanacaste side table. This unit has a low carbon footprint; Arbol is comfortable with fans inside and on the terrace; water to the shower and sinks is supplied at ambient temperature.
