DESCRIPTION

Located in the famed Huacas section of Nosara, Casa Vista Hermosa is not your 'average' vacation rental. It is a heaven of peace and privacy surrounded on three sides by a wildlife refuge. It offers great valley views and a smaller ocean view to the north.

Once you pass through the gate and drive down a short driveway, you will enter the house by a large wooden door and will be greeted by a feeling of spaciousness. Going down a flight of stairs, you will be in a large open room with high ceilings. The kitchen is well equipped with concrete counter tops and plenty of space to cook up a feast. There are two seating areas offering comfortable chairs, sofa and a flat screen TV. The kitchen and living area opens up to the outside patio and swimming pool. Dine al fresco on a large table for gourmet meals, playing cards, or various games or just enjoy the cool breezes. On the new wooden sun deck right above the jungle you have hummingbirds and butterflies around. In the mornings you can have your coffee here, or practice yoga and in the afternoons the sundeck is the perfect place to have your sundowner drinks while listening to the jungle sounds and watching the amazing colors of the sky.

The master bedroom offers the best ocean views to the north. It is located up a small staircase to the right of the front door and has a king bed, plenty of storage, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Sliding doors open to a balcony overlooking the jungle and a view of Ostional beach. Imagine falling asleep with the rise of the full moon and waking up with the rising sun!

The guest bedroom is downstairs at the living room level, and has two twin beds that can be made into a king bed, a bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet that also can be accessed by the pool terrace. Patio doors open up to the garden and pool terrace.

Hi-speed wireless internet, private pool, hanging chair and patio furniture will all help you have a wonderful stay in Costa Rica, while surf, yoga and restaurants are only a 5-minute drive away in Guiones!

The positioning of this house is such that you enjoy sunrises coming over the mountains and cooler temperatures throughout the afternoon.
